She investigates basic  ingredients from all possible angles and presents them with an imagination and ease that impresses audiences worldwide. 

Sonja Lee is obsessed with real flavours and basic  ingredients.  The audience loves her enthusiasm and curiosity. They also appreciate the stunning locations and delicious food in the series. 

Sonja trained with Alain Ducasse in France. She was the chef at  The Pharmacy in  London. She now  lives in Norway and runs  Magma, one of the best restaurants in Oslo, with her French husband.
