A group of friends formed of 4 Chileans and a New Zealand chef (Oliver Ross), decide to travel around South America to discover for themselves the culture and people through food.

After meeting up in Santiago de Chile, the group starts their journey heading north, through 11 countries, getting to know the traditions, sharing with street cooks, gastronomists, chefs and popular characters, in a big adventure and no less trouble.

In this series, viewers see South America through people and food, reflecting the popular culture, well away from the usual tourist circuits.
