He is one of a kind, Norwegian Viking
Paul Olai-Olssen, producing extraordinary travel / adventure programs
all by himself as he is paddling continent by continent.
He started kayaking Europe from Oslo to Cairo, but wanted even
tougher challenges. Now his amazing Latin-American series is ready
to launch, covering Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Guatemala,
Honduras, Panama, Paraguay and Peru.
He started off in his kayak "Alma" at the island of Guanaja outside
Honduras, the same place as Columbus was stranded 500 years ago.
In Peru he spent three months walking the mountains and kayaking
the Titicaca. In Bolivia he spent 8 months, fascinated by the country
soul.
He danced in the carnival of Oruro, jeeped around the salt deserts
of Uyuni, crawled on all fours into the mines of Cerro Rico in Potosi
and spent a lot of time in La Paz. His adventures took him all the
way to the Antarctic.
Paul delivers a refreshing and original lens angle and production
style. He holds a true passion for the people and cultures he passes
on his way.
An enjoyable and memorable TV experience for your audience!
